We understand our commitment to our loyal clients and have established a Refund Policy to make it easier for them. However, we have a Legal Department with all Law understanding that has the right to decide how much it will reimburse clients. The amount to be refunded may vary from case to case.
The Online Classes Helper Refund Policies are as follows:
- The Online Classes Helper team requires that all customers read and understand our Refund Policy before ordering; otherwise, we will not be liable for customer misapprehensions with our policies.
- Moreover, you will receive 100% compensation - if you did not receive your order or the company has refused the delivery of your order.
- Refunds will only be given to customers who request them within 30 days of ordering.
- The Online Classes Helper maintains a fixed amount that clients pay as a service fee, on account to facilitate users with any service.
- To apply for a refund, the customer must submit truthful evidence.
Refund requests will only be acknowledged for the following delivery goals:
- In case of failed exams, the exam fee is refunded 100%
- Customers can get a refund if they get 30% of the non-original work.
- Customers can request a refund if our project is rejected or fails.
- A refund request is only allowed after the customer has received both revisions and still not satisfied.
- Customers are asked to wait a month after requesting a refund, as a general inspection - which usually takes one month.
- Correction requirements, such as small ones, will be reviewed and deducted from the amount reimbursed.
- Breach of contract will be considered - if clients contact a third party before contacting us, whether it is a law firm, bank, or payer.
- We take strict regulatory and Lawful action against customers who seek to violate our policies with incorrect requirements.
